What We Offer

Advisory, not compliance

Zenthos works in the advisory layer — analysis, forecasting, and strategic guidance. We don't file tax returns, maintain bookkeeping records, or handle audits. These three services address the forward-looking financial questions that compliance-focused accounting typically doesn't cover.

Each service can be engaged individually. Some clients use two or all three depending on their situation. The introductory review helps determine which combination makes sense for where your business currently stands.

Service 01

CFO Advisory & Oversight

Part-time financial leadership for growing businesses that don't yet need a full-time chief financial officer. The service provides the oversight and analysis that comes with a senior finance hire, delivered through a structured monthly engagement rather than a full-time salary.

What's included each month:

  • Monthly financial analysis with written summary report
  • Cash flow review and forward projection update
  • Budget development and variance tracking
  • Scheduled strategic planning consultation
  • Ad hoc response to financial questions between sessions
Entity Restructuring Consultation service

Service 02

Entity Restructuring Consultation

A focused engagement for businesses considering changes to their legal or tax structure. The process covers an analysis of your current setup, modeling of alternative structures, and a written recommendation letter with an implementation roadmap — so you understand the financial implications before making any changes.

What the engagement covers:

  • Analysis of your current entity structure and tax position
  • Financial modeling of two to three alternative structures
  • Covers sole proprietorship to LLC, partnership to S-corp, and similar transitions
  • Written recommendation letter with financial implications outlined
  • Implementation roadmap for the recommended next steps
Cash Flow Forecasting service

Quarterly engagement

$650 / quarter

Rolling 12-month model, updated each quarter

Service 03

Cash Flow Forecasting

Development and ongoing maintenance of a rolling 12-month cash flow model. Built from your historical patterns and projected business activities, updated quarterly with actual figures. Delivered as a spreadsheet model with a written narrative explaining key assumptions, scenarios, and periods of note.

What each quarterly update includes:

  • Updated rolling 12-month cash flow model in spreadsheet format
  • Narrative summary explaining assumptions and key variances
  • Identification of anticipated tight liquidity periods
  • Scenario analysis (base case, conservative, and upside)
  • Brief review call to walk through findings and answer questions

Getting Started

How an engagement begins

01

Send a message

Use the contact form to introduce yourself and briefly describe your situation. No formal brief required — just the basics.

02

Introductory review

We review your current financial setup, ask a few targeted questions, and identify which service or combination fits your situation.

03

Scope agreement

Deliverables, frequency, and boundaries are defined in writing before any work starts. You know exactly what you're getting.

04

Work begins

First deliverable arrives on schedule. For ongoing services, the cadence is established from the first engagement.

Scope Clarity

What falls outside our services

Being clear about what we don't cover is as important as describing what we do. Zenthos is an advisory practice — the following are outside our scope and would require a separate provider.

Tax return preparation and filing

Annual federal and state tax filings require a licensed CPA or tax professional. We provide advisory analysis, not compliance filings.

Bookkeeping and accounts maintenance

Day-to-day recording of transactions, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance fall outside our scope.

Legal entity formation and filings

We advise on structure from a financial standpoint. The actual legal formation and state filings require an attorney or registered agent.

Not sure which service fits?

That's what the introductory review is for. Send us a message with your situation, and we'll give you a direct answer about which service — or combination — makes sense for where your business is right now.
